Viltex International

Family histories rarely stop at a border. Migration, changes of residence, documents issued abroad or families spread across different jurisdictions can make a succession case more complex.

VILTEX handles these matters through an organized methodology: identifying possible family lines, conducting international document searches, coordinating with local collaborators and preparing the information needed for use in Spain.

We work carefully and precisely, adapting each investigation to the country, language, available sources and documentary requirements of the file.

In some cases, the challenge is to locate a person; in others, to prove that the person is indeed who they claim to be or to reconstruct a family line that dispersed decades ago.

International matters require patience and judgment. Records, deadlines, document formats and ways of proving family relationships vary from one country to another. We organize the research so that every step has practical value for the succession file.

When needed, we coordinate translations, legalizations, apostilles or document requests with professionals and collaborators in the country of origin, avoiding duplication and reducing uncertainty.
